OSHA Scan
Sample Safety Scan Report — See What You Get
This is what OSHA Scan returns after a single photo: a clearly labelled example so you can see the structure of a report before you run one of your own.
Every report has four parts — a 0-100 compliance score derived from the hazards found, each detected hazard with a risk level and an AI confidence for that finding, the OSHA standard each finding may relate to, and a corrective-action checklist you can act on.
A report is a strong starting point, not the last word. Before treating a site as safe, a person should still confirm exact measurements behind any measurement-based finding, hazards hidden or outside the photo, and whether required training, permits, and procedures are actually in place.
