What happens to the job-site photos I upload?
Photos you upload during a signed-in inspection are stored in private, access-controlled storage so only your organization can view them. They are used to generate your report and are not sold or shared for advertising. You can delete a report from your account at any time, and you can contact us to have the underlying stored photo and any remaining data fully removed.
Do I need an account to try a scan?
No. The public demo scan runs an analysis on the image you provide and returns a teaser result without creating an account or saving the full report. Full reports and saved history require a free account.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Photos and reports travel over encrypted connections between your device and OSHA Scan, and stored images are kept in private, access-controlled storage rather than a public location.
How do I request deletion of my data?
You can delete individual reports from within your account. For full removal of the underlying stored photos, an account, or any other data, contact us and we will handle the request.
