About OSHA Scan — Why We Built It

Most workplace incidents are preceded by a condition someone noticed but never acted on. We built OSHA Scan to close that gap — to make a first-pass safety review something anyone on site can do in the time it takes to snap a photo.

Safety walkthroughs are valuable, but they depend on who is available, how much time they have, and what they happen to catch that day. Hazards slip through — not from negligence, but from the friction of doing a thorough review while there is a job to run.

OSHA Scan uses AI vision to review a job-site photo, flag the hazards it can see, reference the OSHA standard each may relate to, and hand back a clear, prioritized report. It is a fast preliminary aid that supports a qualified professional — it does not pretend to replace one — and we are independent and not affiliated with OSHA.
