Have a hazard to check right now?

You do not need to wait for a reply to try OSHA Scan. Upload a photo and get a preliminary report in seconds — no account needed for a demo scan.

Quick answers before you write

How fast will I get a reply?

We aim to answer every message within one business day. Scan problems and account issues are handled first; product feedback is read by the same team that builds OSHA Scan.

Can you delete my photos and reports?

Yes. Email us from the address on your account and ask for deletion — we remove your inspection reports and stored photos. Demo scans are not saved to an account in the first place.

A scan missed a hazard or flagged the wrong thing — should I report it?

Please do. Send the report link and a short note about what was wrong. AI scans are a preliminary review, not an official OSHA determination — but every miss you report makes the analysis better for everyone.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Yes — multi-site organizations with role-based access are built in. Email us with your team size and number of job sites and we will set you up.

Accuracy boosters

Small habits, sharper scans

1

Set the scene

Start with context

Fill the frame

2–3 ft for close-ups; keep ladders, cords and workers fully in view.

2

Capture clearly

Make the frame usable

Light it right

Keep the sun or lights behind you — glare and shadows hide hazards.

Tap to focus

Tap the hazard on screen and hold still one second — blur can't be flagged.

3

Choose the useful view

Give the AI room to understand

Go landscape

Turn your phone sideways — a wider frame catches more of the scene.

No job-site photo handy?
or scan with video

Only upload photos you have permission to use, and avoid images showing personal, customer, or confidential information. Demo photos and results are held privately for up to 48 hours so you can save them to a free account; unclaimed photos are deleted automatically. Results are an AI-assisted preliminary review, not an official OSHA determination.

New: Video walkthrough scans

Record up to 3 minutes of your site — the AI extracts frames and flags every hazard with exact timestamps. Free account required.
